Grape: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
The Brut Réserve from Autréau-Roualet has aromas of biscuit, ripe stone fruit and subtle brioche which are complemented by nuances of red fruit fruits. The palate is balanced and fresh with roundness from the Meunier and rich fruit from the Pinot Noir. The finish is elegant with lingering notes of brioche and delicate mousse.
The Champagne is classically balanced and is therefore a perfect pairing alongside seafood, light salads, or as an aperitif.
