Alta Pavina Pinot Noir Rosado Wine Spain 2019 75cl
Alta Pavina was started by the Ortega brothers in 1985 when they planted their first Pinot Noir vines at an altitude of 1,000 meters in Valladolid. The Alta Pavina Rosado is made from 100% Pinot Noir which, typically, would not thrive in this hot and arid area however, the elevation allowed this thin-skinned grape to flourish.
