The Akitu Pinot Noir Blanc is somewhere between a white and a rosé due to the unusual use of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fresh aromas with a light berry sorbet lift and dried herb notes lead to a palate of refined flavours, structure and persistence. Simply delicious on its own, with salmon or caviar.
Akitu A2 Red Wine has an aromatic complexity and density with lift and bright cherry-like fruit. The perfect summer wine with a beautiful floral perfume, white peach and crisp apple notes but also a spicy, yeasty flavour that adds to the outstanding texture on the palate.
