Arras A by Arras Premium Cuvée Sparkling Wine is a sophisticated sparkling wine, comprised of a perfect blend of the three classic grape varieties, sourced from select vineyards throughout acclaimed cold climate sites and crafted from multiple vintages to ensure the consistency of quality and style.
Each bottle has been extensively matured for immediate enjoyment, however it will continue to evolve for the next two years at a minimum. This elegantly structured and well-balanced wine is a superb balance of acidity, dosage and tannin and has a refreshing natural acidity.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
On the nose, this sophisticated sparkling wine has intricate and enticing aromas of brioche, forest floor, sea spray and nougat. On the palate, the A by Arras Premium Cuveé has luxurious flavours of lychee, butter sautéed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.
The acidity of the wine complements flavours of fresh seafood, so would make a wonderful addition to a meal inclusive of grilled scallops, seasoned prawns or peppered calamari. The lusciousness of the wine would also pair well with creamy pasta dishes, specifically dishes with cheese or mushroom sauces.
