Seyval Blanc
Seyval Blanc is a hybrid wine grape used to make white wines. The vines ripen early, are productive and resistant to cold, and they are a good alternative to Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc that don’t like extreme cold. The main character of this wine is a crispy citrus note with a noticeable minerality that can be compared to some of the white Burgundy. This grape is grown intesively in England and the cool region of Finger Lakes in New York.
