Grenache Noir
Grenache Noir, also known as Grenache de France, is a French red wine grape which characteristics are very distinctive. The main flavours are black cherries, tobacco and black olives. It is full of sunlight and it shows on the body and the colour both rich and complex. It goes incredibly well with pork, grilled and roasted lamb, and poultry in sauce. It is best served with soft-textured meats rather than those that are more fibrous.
