Bright pink with flecks of copper, aromas of sweet cherries and brioche waft from the glass. The palate is complex and creamy with raspberries, peony and a savoury finish.
Vintage Rosé Champagnes are very versatile as they have great body and texture. Would work well paired with lamb, foie gras or oily fish.
