St Nicholas Abbey Unaged White Rum 70cl
The Unaged white Rum, nicknamed "See-Through" by St Nicholas Abbey is made from sugarcane grown at the plantation itself. The cane is crushed in an original 1890s steam driven mill. The cane juice is first condensed and then fermented. After fermentation the wash is then double distilled in "Annabelle" an Arnold Holstein still.
The rum consists of powerful tropical fruit notes and vanilla with large overtones of baked bananas. An extremely well made smooth easy drinking rum that works very well with mixers and cocktails.
