Seedlip Garden 108 Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit 70cl has botanicals of peas, hay, spearment, rosemary and thyme. This delicious non-alocholic spirit is grassy and floral on the nose. Best served with elderflower Tonic and a Cucumber Ribbon.
In the 1600’s Apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies. This alchemy was documented in The Art of Distillation published in London in the year 1651 and is now re-purposed for the modern day.
Mother Earth is gracious, precious and ingenious. In honour of this wild and natural world, the finest ingredients are harvested and individually distilled to capture nature’s true spirit.
