Edmond Briottet Liqueur De Rhubarb 70cl
The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
A subtle mix of macerated green and red rhubarb confers upon the Rhubarb Liqueur's unique taste and its slightly pink colour. A powerful and generous nose, a round palate with a hint of acidity, and a charming finish.
To drink straight, accompanied by an ice cube, or with a dry or sparkling white wine.
