Pol Roger Brut 2012 Vintage Champagne 75cl Gift Box
Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2012 Champagne is finely balanced with a rounded and complex structure. It is made from the traditional house blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Grands and Premiers crus in the Montagne de Reims and the Cote des Blancs.
During production, the champagne undergoes a long process involving two debourbages (settlings), a slow cool fermentation, keeping each grape variety and each village separate until ready to blend. Before disgorgement and releasing to the market, the Brut Vintage 2012 was aged in the Pol Roger cellars for seven years creating a fine character with great ageing potential.
