Nicolo Brut Blanc de Blanc Champagne 75cl
Champagne Nicolo Blanc de Blanc is a bright, slightly golden colour with good effervescence. An elegant, upfront complex nose with white flowers, yellow fruit aromas. This Chardonnay Champagne is delivious as an aperitif but also recommended with shellfish and many other light fish dishes.
Vines enjoy all the benefts of a southern exposure from the ancient soils of the Cotes des Bar Terroir with grapes that have been hand harvested. Stored for at least three years to develop into the notable producer Nicolo & Paradis pedigree who have an have an approach to wine making that respects nature and sustainable methods.
