This 245th blend from the Louis Roederer Champagne House is based on the finest successes of the 2020 harvest. Dry and continental and of magnificent maturity, this year gave us wines that were dense and fresh, with a masterful balance, conducive to bringing out the powerful and luscious Collection character in the blend.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir.
On the nose, notes of ripe and delicate fruit are present alongside intense notes of mirbelle plum from the Pinot Noir and sweet lemon and delicate notes of jasmine from the Chardonnay. The palate is deep with a well-structured backbone that gives way to a saline freshness with a pleasant hint of bitterness.
A great match to go with fresh shellfish or try with roasted squash salad.
