Laurent Perrier Rose Alexandra 2004 Champagne 75cl
Laurent Perrier Rosé Alexandra 2004 award winning Rosé Champagne is the ultimate expression of the passion, the exacting standards and the sheer excellence of the House. Produced in very small quantities, this outstanding, subtly powerful wine is rare and much sought-after. Bernard de Nonancourt unveiled his Grande Cuvée Rosé Millésimé 1982s, named after his daughter Alexandra and launched at the time of her wedding in 1987. Only seven Alexandra Rosé vintages have been made, the last one in 1998. Aged for at least eight years, Laurent-Perrier's premium Vintage Cuvée Rosé is like no other champagne and is the outcome of a deliberately innovative approach to winemaking.

A complex and well-balanced nose that is reminiscent of orange peel and small red berry fruit. There are some lingering hints of yellow stone fruit (peaches and apricots) and it finishes with subtle mineral aromas. Full-bodied from the start, with clear flavours of black cherries. Powerful and long-lasting, with a finish that combines ripe red fruit with a firm grip.
