Joseph Drouhin Chassagne-Montrachet 2014 White Wine is made from exclusively Chardonnay from Chassagne-Montrachet, located South of the Cote de Beaune. During vinification, the pressing is slow, as to respect the fruit and maintain premium quality juice. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Grape: Chardonnay
Light golden in colour, with a generous and elegant nature. Initial floral aromas with brioche and candied lemon evolve into spicy notes and grilled hazelnut. The flavours are persistent with floral and gingerbread notes dominate to the finish.
Throughout the ageing process, decisions are taken only after careful evaluation. As with every Joseph Drouhin wine, absolute priority is given to the true expression of terroir and character of the vintage.
