Nature did her best to test the maison of Dom Pérignon in 2012, with frosts, floods and heatwaves descending on the vineyards in Champagne. Despite the challenges, the September harvest yielded a superb diversity and balance of grapes that enabled the winemakers to assemble a blend of great contrasts and complexity.

Dom Pérignon Vintage is delicious with fresh oysters with julienned cucumber and kaffir lime zest.
Dom Perignon is only ever released as vintage champagne and only Dom Perignon's Chef du Cave, Vincent Chaperon may declare a vintage year, aged for at least seven years prior to release.

Five star service from the champagne company
I purchased this as a gift for a family member, so whilst I can’t speak for the taste of the champagne (though I imagine it’s delicious) I can speak for the service from the champagne company. They swiftly delivered the gift safely, and were able to very quickly action an error I made regarding the delivery address.
