This Champagne is a blend of the three classic grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Cattier Cuvée Renaissance Brut Premier Cru 2008 is a powerful wine with a wonderful liveliness and a fine and pleasant bubble. The Cattier family established vines in the picturesque village of Chigny-les-Roses in 1625, releasing their first Champagne onto the market in 1918.
