Cattier Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Champagne is a white champagne from only Chardonnay grapes. An excellent Blanc de Blanc that outperforms its price. Fresh and generous nose with brioche and toasted bread notes, floral and smooth aromas (peonytangerine dried apricots). On the palate, the attack is lively, then come notes of yellow fruits.

A nice change
Elegant and delicious! Ordered the Cattier Champagne for a change from other Blanc de Blancs and was very pleased with the taste
