Casarena Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Makers Selection 75cl is a beautiful red from Mendoza, Argentina. Here, the grapes enjoy a manual double selection of clusters and berries. Once destemmed, the berry fruit undergoes several days of cold maceration. The fermentation temperatures are kept low and is conducted with free run juice using natural yeasts ensuring a soft gentle extraction. Finally, the wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrel and is naturally clarified through several rackings.
