Bolney Estate Blanc de Noir 2015 Brut is a special English sparkling wine and is the Bolney Estates first ever Blanc de Noirs, made from 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. This is a slightly richer style than some of the other wines in the range, making it perfect for pairing with a wider range of food as well as an aperitif. Flavours of white peaches, apricots and raspberries with a good balance of sweetness and acidity with a lovely length.
